摘 要:随着国家对绿色环保建筑材料的开发逐渐重视,基于碱激发的地质聚合物胶凝材料引起科研人员的关注,利用废弃轮胎和废玻璃充当细骨料的研究越来越多。由于橡胶屑和玻璃砂的协同作用对地质聚合物的工程性能影响尚不明确,因此二者的掺合比亟待确定。为此,选取5种橡胶屑和玻璃砂掺合比(10∶0、7∶3、5∶5、3∶7、0∶10)制作地质聚合物砂浆试件,测试试件在常温和高温下的力学性能。研究发现:1)橡胶屑和玻璃砂掺合比对地质聚合物砂浆的力学性能影响较大;2)当橡胶屑和玻璃砂的掺合比为3∶7时,二者的协同作用较好,试件表现出良好的力学性能。该研究为工业废弃物的回收利用提供了新思路,也为新型绿色建筑材料的研发提供了理论支撑,可助力国家“双碳”目标的更快达成。With the gradual emphasis on the development of green building materials in China,geopolymer cemen-titious materials based on alkali excitation have attracted the attention of scientific researchers.More and more re-searches on fine aggregate made by waste tires and glass have been carried out.Because the synergistic effect of rub-ber crumbs and glass sand on the engineering performance of geopolymer is not clear,the mixing ratio of the two materials needs to be determined.Therefore,five kinds of mixing ratios(10:0,7:3,5:5,3:7,0:10)were selected to make geopolymer mortar specimens to test the mechanical properties of the specimens at room temperature and high temperature.The results show that:1)the mixing ratio of rubber crumbs and glass sand has a great influence on the mechanical properties of geopolymer mortar;2)When the mixing ratio of rubber crumbs and glass sand is 3:7,the synergistic effect of the two is better,and the specimens show good mechanical properties.This research pro-vides a new idea for the recycling of industrial waste,as well as theoretical support for the research and development of new green building materials,helping to achieve the national"the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"faster.
