摘 要:拦污装置广泛地应用在水利行业和核电行业,但其并未形成统一的设计标准或指导文件,相应的计算方法也有待进一步明确。本工程在回流区上游附近区域新建趸船进行取水。汛期时,趸船船尾静水区有聚集漂浮物的可能,存在水质污染风险。通过对项目所在区域漂浮物和回流特点的分析,结合金属结构设计相关知识,利用连杆机构原理,探索性地设计了一种既能拦截又能疏导的拦污装置,并对其荷载进行假定和结构分析。该拦污装置配合趸船水泵取水口前的拦污格栅,能够有效减少漂浮物对趸船取水的影响,尤其在汛期时能够有效改善取水水质。The pollution blocking devices are widely utilized in the water conservancy and nuclear power industries.However,there were no unified design standards or documents for guidance,nor mature calculation methods.In this subject,the new built pontoon was located in the upstream of the reflux zone area for water intake.During the flood season,there is a possibility of floating debris accumulation in the still water area at the stern of pontoon,which posed a threat to water quality.Based on the characteristics analysis of floating debris and reflux,combined with the relevant knowledge of metal structure design and the linkage mechanism theory,a new device was designed to both intercept and guide debris.Its load was assumed and structurally analyzed.This interception device,along with the debris grid in front of the water pump intake of the pontoon,can effectively reduce the impact of floating debris on water intake,especially improve water quality during flood season.
