摘  要:将BIM技术运用到装配式建筑给排水工程的投资、决策、设计、施工以及后期维护阶段,阐述了BIM技术对各个阶段的影响。结果显示,将BIM技术运用到装配式建筑给排水工程项目中能显著提升工程安全及质量,起到节能降耗,促进装配式建筑给排水工程的绿色节能。The study applies BIM technology to the investment,decision-making,design,construction,and maintenance stages of prefabricated building water supply and drainage engineering,and elucidates the impact of BIM technology on each stage.The results show that applying BIM technology to prefabricated building water supply and drainage engineering projects can significantly improve engineering safety and quality,play a role in energy conservation and consumption reduction,and promote green energy conservation in prefabricated building water supply and drainage engineering.
