摘 要:中韩城市馆大跨度屋盖结构共布置73榀张弦梁,跨度主要为45 m、72~90 m。张弦梁施工采用高空拼装方案,柱顶原位张拉,张拉阶段支座约束为一端铰接,另一端可滑动,使用阶段调整为两端铰接于柱顶。按既定工序进行施工仿真模拟,确定张拉分级和各阶段结构响应的理论目标值。施工阶段对索拉力和结构变形实时监控,最终实测数据与理论目标值在误差限值范围内基本吻合,验证了施工方案的合理性。73 truss string beams are arranged in the large-span roof structure of China Korea City Pavilion,with the main span of 45 m and 72~90 m.The string beam construction adopts the high-altitude assembly scheme,the column top is tensioned in situ,the tensioning stage of the support constraints are hinged at one end,the other end can slide,and the use stage is adjusted to be hinged at the top of the column.The construction simulation is carried out according to the established process,and the theoretical target values of tensile classification and structural response at each stage are determined.In the construction stage,the real time monitoring of the tensile force and structural deformation was carried out.The final measured data were basically consistent with the theoretical target value,and within the limit of error,which verified the rationality of the construction scheme.
