摘 要:针对复杂地层条件下钻孔灌注桩施工出现的塌孔、成孔稳定性差、施工环境复杂等问题,研究复杂地层条件下全护筒与普通护筒相结合跟进钻孔灌注桩施工工艺。论文以重庆市地铁15号线曾家站地铁站桩基施工为例,该地铁站场地内具有杂填土、粉质黏土、泥质砂岩、砂岩等复杂地层,采用常规的钻孔灌注桩难以保证成孔质量,针对这一复杂地层情况,提出了全护筒和普通护筒相结合跟进钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,以提高复杂地层条件下钻孔灌注桩成孔的合格率。In view of the problems of hole collapse,poor hole forming stability and complex construction environment in the construction of bored piles under complex stratum conditions,the construction technology of bored piles with the combination of full casing and ordinary casing under complex stratum conditions is studied.This paper takes the pile foundation construction of Zengjia Station subway station of Chongqing Metro Line 15 as an example.The subway station site has complex strata such as miscellaneous fill,silty clay,argillaceous sandstone and sandstone.It is difficult to ensure the quality of hole forming by conventional bored piles.In view of this complex stratum situation,a combination of full casing and ordinary casing is proposed to follow up the construction technology of bored piles to improve the qualified rate of bored piles under complex stratum conditions.
