摘  要:以某高速公路8标段路基摊铺工程为研究背景,对大厚度水泥稳定碎石基层摊铺质量控制策略进行研究。在确定摊铺混合料质量控制、振动拌和站关键设备改良以及摊铺离析和平整度是项目质量控制难点的基础上,通过对项目原水进行净化降低氯离子含量,对振动拌和设备关键部件进行改良以及增加摊铺机链轮箱反向螺旋叶片数量等一系列措施,有效提升了基层摊铺质量。In this paper,the quality control strategy of high thickness cement stabilized gravel base paving is studied based on the roadbed paving project of Section 8 of an expressway.On the basis of determining that quality control of paving mix,improvement of key equipment of vibration mixing station and paving segregation and flatness are difficulties in project quality control,through a series of measures such as purifying the raw water of the project to reduce the chloride ion content,improving the key components of the vibration mixing equipment and increasing the number of reverse spiral blades of the paver sprocket box,the quality of the base paving has been effectively improved.
