摘 要:某机场站坪水泥混凝土道面在投运后短期内出现表层脱皮病害,影响了机场正常保障能力和运行安全,为此,在现场道面脱皮发展特点及现场钻芯检测的基础上,结合道面原材料质量、施工工艺及使用养护等方面对表层脱皮病害的原因进行全面、系统的分析,提出预防控制措施。同时,介绍了在夜航结束后作业时间较短的情况下,组织不停航施工的施工组织和工艺流程。Surface peeling disease appeared on cement concrete pavement of an airport station shortly after it was put into operation,which affected the normal support ability and operation safety of the airport.Therefore,based on the development characteristics of on-site pavement peeling and on-site drilling core detection,the causes of surface peeling disease were comprehensively and systematically analyzed from the aspects of pavement raw material quality,construction technology and use and maintenance.Prevention and control measures are put forward.At the same time,in the case of short working time after the night voyage,the paper introduces the organization of non-stop sailing construction and the technolagical process.
