摘　　要：结合嘉兴某大学研究院项目实例,对设计单位牵头的联合体EPC总承包项目的风险防范、团队建设、统筹策划展开研究,围绕项目设计管理、采购管理、实施管理、造价管理、沟通管理等方面进行深入的分析,提出了项目管理具体内容。Combined with the example of a university research institute project in Jiaxing,this paper studies the risk prevention,team building and overall planning of EPC general contracting projects led by the design unit,conducts an in-depth analysis on the aspects of project design management,procurement management,implementation management,cost management and communication management,and puts forward the specific content of project management.
