摘　　要：结合中东欧某电站项目,就该项目商务管理中所面临的问题,从组建商务管理团队,分包商及合同管理,成本控制及资金管理,对外沟通协调,索赔管理等角度出发,阐述如何做好项目商务管理工作,以及项目商务管理在项目执行方面的作用。Based on a power station project in Central and Eastern Europe,this paper discusses the problems faced in the business management of the project,and expounds how to do the business management of the project well and the role of the business management of the project in project execution from the perspectives of building the business management team,subcontractor and contract management,cost control and fund management,external communication and coordination,and claim management.
