摘　　要：通过了解全过程造价控制的原则,并分析全过程造价控制中存在的问题,提出全面加强投资阶段、重视施工设计阶段和强化竣工验收阶段的造价控制策略。通过这些策略,可以有效规避和控制成本风险,确保工程建设项目质量和投资回报的最大化。By understanding the principle of the whole process cost control,and analyzing the problems existing in the whole process cost control,the cost control strategy of comprehensively strengthening the investment stage,paying attention to the construction design stage and strengthening the completion acceptance stage is proposed.Through these strategies,we can effectively avoid and control the cost risks,and ensure the maximization of the construction project quality and the return on investment.
