摘  要:分析2024年前三季度总体消费水平以及服务消费市场、新型消费市场、“两重”“两新”政策效能方面的统计数据,我国当前消费态势持续向好,但也有居民收入增长预期不乐观导致消费倾向减弱、高质量与创新型供给不足导致供需错配、社会保障制度不健全制约消费意愿、消费基础设施和消费环境有待进一步优化等制约消费潜力释放的因素,本文提出了战略思考与建议:进一步调动消费市场积极性和稳定消费预期,以激发消费内生动能,为经济高质量发展提供有力支撑。Consumption is a key driver of economic growth.In 2024,the consumer market shows an overall positive trend as a series of policies take effect.However,economic recovery still faces challenges from both internal and external factors.This paper not only identifies several constraints on the potential for increased consumption,including low household income,limited high-quality and innovative products,an underdeveloped social security system,and inadequate infrastructure,but also provides strategic advice.This advice is designed to stimulate the market further and enhance the internal dynamics of consumption,ultimately supporting high-quality economic development.
