摘　　要：科技创新是发展新质生产力的核心要素,也是催生新质生产力的重要源泉、推动生产要素创新性配置的革命性力量、促进产业深度转型升级的关键路径和推进开放合作的主要链接点。近年来,我国科技创新成果快速涌现,全球科技创新排名不断攀升,科技创新与产业创新结合更加紧密,推动新质生产力持续涌现、蓬勃生长。要充分认识科技创新在新质生产力培育中的重要地位和作用,加强原创性、颠覆性技术供给,畅通供需对接拓展新技术应用场景,引领畅通科技产业金融循环,顺畅教育科技人才循环,扩大科技创新与产业创新国际合作,不断提升科技创新引领新质生产力发展能力,加快构建现代化产业体系,实现高质量发展。Scientific and technological innovation is the core element for developing new quality productivity,an important source for giving birth to new quality productivity,a revolutionary force for promoting innovative allocation of production factors,a key path for promoting deep industrial transformation and upgrading,and a major link point for promoting open cooperation.In recent years,China's scientific and technological innovation achievements have emerged rapidly,and the global ranking of scientific and technological innovation has continued to climb.The combination of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation has become closer,promoting the continuous emergence and vigorous growth of new quality productivity.We must fully recognize the important position and role of technological innovation in cultivating new quality productivity,strengthen the supply of original and disruptive technologies,vigorously expand the application scenarios of new technologies,smooth the financial cycle of the technology industry,smooth the circulation of education and technology talents,expand international cooperation between technological innovation and industrial innovation,continuously enhance the ability of technological innovation to lead the development of new quality productivity,accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system,and achieve high-quality development.
