摘　　要：人工智能技术改变了传媒的运作方式和产业格局,新闻传播教育如何以正确的姿态拥抱变革,培养适应智能传播时代的人才是教育领域的挑战。从“教育者+从业者”的双视角出发,通过文本分析与深度访谈的研究方法,发现传统新闻传播教育存在培养理念滞后、教学内容与时代脱节、学生个性化发展不足以及跨学科能力薄弱的问题。基于“守成”与“创新”的路径,提出“三素养六向度”的人才核心模型,并构建以马克思主义新闻观为根本,学生个性化成长系统、虚拟智能实践应用工厂、交叉性混合教学为支撑的现代化人机协同教育系统。该系统旨在培养一支既能守正又善于创新的新闻传播人才后备军,为推进主流媒体系统性变革,构建更有效力的国际传播体系提供人才储备。Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology is reshaping media operations and industry structures,presenting a significant challenge for journalism education.The key issue lies in how to embrace these changes effectively while cultivating talents suited to the era of human-machine communication.This paper adopts the dual perspectives of educators and practitioners,employing textual analysis and in-depth interviews.It identifies several shortcomings in traditional journalism education:outdated training philosophies,a disconnect between teaching content and contemporary needs,inadequate support for personalized student development,and insufficient emphasis on interdisciplinary skills.To address these issues,the paper proposes a core talent model characterized by“three competencies and six dimensions”to meet the demands of the AI era.Following a path of“innovation and adherence to principles,”the study constructs a modern human-machine collaborative education system.This system is built on personalized growth frameworks for students,virtual intelligent practice application factories,and interdisciplinary mixed teaching,with Marxist journalism values at its core.The goal is to cultivate a new generation of journalism professionals who are both upright and innovative,providing a talent reserve to drive systemic changes in mainstream media and enhance the international communication system.
