摘 要:白色念珠菌作为条件性致病真菌,常在宿主免疫力降低时引起各种浅表和深部真菌感染。此外,因现有抗真菌药物的数量有限及耐药性,导致白色念珠菌感染具有难治性和复发性。因此,探索高效低毒的抗真菌药物已成为研究热点。目前研究发现,许多中草药(CHMs)具有抗白色念珠菌活性,并可通过影响生物膜、细胞壁、细胞膜和线粒体等不同靶点发挥作用。本文对近年来常见中草药抗白色念珠菌的作用及相关机制的研究进展进行综述。Candida albicans(C.albicans),an opportunistic pathogenic fungus,often causes various superficial and deep fungal infections when the host's immune system is compromised.The number of existing antifungal drugs is limited and the emergence of drug resistance has contributed to the refractory and recurrent nature of C.albicans infections.Therefore,exploring efficient and low toxicity antifungal drugs has become a research hotspot.Recent research has found that many Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs)exhibit antifungal activity against C.albicans,acting on various targets such as biofilms,cell walls,cell membranes,and mitochondria.This article reviews the research progress on the antifungal effects and mechanisms of commonly used CHMs against C.albicans in recent years.
