摘  要:过程现场网络(PROFINET)是一个开放式的工业以太网通信协议,是在全球应用广泛的工业现场总线技术之一。为了更有效地应用PROFINET技术,研究了基于PROFINET的以太网高级物理层(Ethernet-APL)控制系统。随着工业以太网的应用在工业网络市场中占据绝对优势,Ethernet-APL技术得以问世。Ethernet-APL支持包括PROFINET在内的高级别工业以太网。PROFINET over高级物理层(APL)是PROFINET工业通信标准中的一项技术,使PROFINET能够进入工厂的现场区域。随着2019年过程自动化(PA)profile V4.0配置文件的发布,PROFINET作出了一些改变,使PROFINET技术能融入Ethernet-APL体系。同时,德国巴斯夫公司等大型企业早就开始对Ethernet-APL技术进行评估测试,促使PROFINET over APL技术投入实际应用,并在中国巴斯夫一体化特大型石化项目中全面采用该技术。这也将促进中国Ethernet-APL技术向更深层次发展。Process field net(PROFINET)is an open industrial Ethernet communication protocol,which is one of the industrial fieldbus technologies widely used in the world.In order to apply PROFINET technology more effectively,the Ethernet with advanced physical layer(Ethernet-APL)control system based on PROFINET is researched.With the absolute dominance of the application of the industrial Ethernet in the industrial networking market,Ethernet-APL technology is introduced.Ethernet-APL supports high-level industrial Ethernet including PROFINET.PROFINET over advanced physical layer(APL)is one of the technologies in the PROFINET industrial communication standard that enables PROFINET access to the field area of the plant.With the release of the process automation(PA)profile V4.0 profile in 2019,PROFINET has made some changes to allow PROFINET technology to be integrated into the Ethernet-APL system.At the same time,large enterprises such as BASF in Germany and so on,started to evaluate and test the Ethernet-APL technology as early as possible,prompting PROFINET over APL technology to be put into practical application and fully adopted the technology in BASF integrated mega petrochemical projects in China.This will also promote China's Ethernet-APL technology to a deeper level of development.
