摘 要:核电厂在每个燃料循环周期末期必须更换部分核燃料,因此确保安全、可靠、高效地完成核电厂换料工作尤为重要。简单介绍了燃料操作与贮存设备的组成和功能。设计了基于分布式控制系统(DCS)的燃料操作与贮存设备集中控制系统。该系统包括主控制系统、基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的伺服驱动子系统、基于现场可编辑门阵列(FPGA)的安全保护子系统、基于硬电路的应急操作子系统和基于Modbus/传输控制协议(TCP)的现场总线子系统。同时,对不同控制技术的差异进行了论述。燃料操作与贮存设备集中控制系统样机测试结果表明,该系统满足换料工艺流程要求、提高了燃料操作与贮存设备的可靠性和效率、在核电厂燃料操作与贮存领域具有一定的创新性。该设计具备广阔的工程应用前景和较高的经济效益。Nuclear power plants must replace part of the nuclear fuel at the end of each fuel cycle,so it is particularly important to ensure the safe,reliable and efficient completion of the nuclear power plant fuel exchange work.The composition and function of fuel operation and storage equipment are briefly introduced.The centralized control system for fuel operation and storage equipment based on distributed control system(DCS)is designed.The system includes a main control system,a servo-driven subsystem based on programmable logic controller(PLC),a safety protection subsystem based on field programmable gate array(FPGA),an emergency operation subsystem based on hard circuitry,and a fieldbus subsystem based on Modbus/transmission control protocol(TCP).Also,the differences between the different control technologies are discussed.The prototype test results of the centralized control system for fuel operation and storage equipment show that the system meets the requirements of the material changeover process,improves the reliability and efficiency of the fuel operation and storage equipment,and has a certain degree of innovation in the field of fuel operation and storage in nuclear power plants.The design has a broad engineering application prospect and great economic benefits.
