摘  要:风电机组齿轮传动系统故障频发,导致维修费用急剧增加。利用有限元建模,创新性地采用静、动力学相结合的仿真方法,建立了渐开线圆柱齿轮的静力学和动力学模型,并分析了不同工况下齿轮的啮合强度和应力分布。在静力学分析中,齿轮啮合处存在应力集中和超限现象。齿轮啮合处的最大等效应力达到1096.1 MPa,超过材料强度极限980 MPa的12%。在动力学分析中,出现最大冲击应力的范围是500~600 MPa。该数值是额定工况下的10倍,揭示了齿轮啮合处存在冲击应力的现象。随着转速和载荷的增大,等效应力从57.344 MPa增加到181.84 MPa,增加了217.1%。该研究为后续研究齿轮动力学行为和改进传动可靠性提供了参考。Frequent failures of wind turbine gear transmission systems lead to a sharp increase in maintenance costs.Using finite element modeling and innovatively adopting a combination of static and dynamic simulation methods,the static and dynamic models of involute cylindrical gears are established,and the meshing strength and stress distribution of gears under different working conditions are analyzed.In the static analysis,there are stress concentration and over-limit phenomenon at the gear meshing place.The maximum equivalent stress at the gear meshing place reaches 1096.1 MPa,which exceeds 12%of the material strength limit of 980 MPa.In the dynamic analysis,the maximum impact stress range appears to be 500~600 MPa.This value is 10 times of the rated working condition,revealing the phenomenon of impact stress at the gear meshing place.The equivalent stress increases from 57.344 MPa to 181.84 MPa with increasing speed and load,which is an increase of 217.1%.This research provides a reference for the later study of gear dynamics behavior and improvement of transmission reliability.
