摘 要:输煤系统扬尘排放区域广、排放量大,致使常规方法难以有效控制扬尘扩散。针对传统喷淋除尘工艺除尘效率低、耗水量大、操作不便等缺点,以TPC1570Gi触摸屏和西门子S7-1200可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心设计了干雾抑尘控制系统。该系统集成了触摸屏、PLC、传感器、执行器、动力机构等设备。粉尘仪、测距仪、红外开关等多种传感器的测量信号经过后台数据处理,使扬尘的检测更及时、精准、可靠,进而使系统能够自动、准确地发送喷雾指令。二流体雾化喷嘴的独特设计使耗水量大幅减少且产生的水雾颗粒极细,在扬尘治理上具有显著优势。长期的生产实践表明,基于触摸屏与PLC的干雾抑尘控制系统运行稳定、人机交互良好、除尘效率高、运行成本低,实现了输煤系统扬尘检测及治理的远程化、可视化、自动化。该设计为自动化控制系统在无组织扬尘治理领域的应用提供了实践参考。Coal conveyor system dust emission area is wide and emissions is large,which make it difficult to effectively control the spread of dust by conventional methods.Aiming at the shortcomings such as low dust removal efficiency,large water consumption and inconvenient operation and other of the traditional spray dust removal process,a dry mist dust suppression control system is designed with TPC1570Gi touch screen and Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core.The system integrates touch screen,PLC,sensors,actuators,power mechanism and other equipment.Measurement signals from a variety of sensors such as dust meter,rangefinder,infrared switch,etc.are processed by the back-end data,which makes the detection of dust more timely,accurate and reliable,and then enables the system to automatically and accurately send spraying commands.The unique design of the two-fluid atomizing nozzle makes the water consumption greatly reduced and produces very fine particles of water mist,which has a significant advantage in dust control.Long-term production practice shows that the dry mist dust suppression control system based on touch screen and PLC has stable operation,good human-machine interaction,high dust removal efficiency,low operating costs,and realizes the remote,visualization and automation of the dust detection and control of the coal conveyor system.The design provides a practical reference for the application of automation control system in the field of unorganized dust management.
