摘 要:针对架空输电线路电力金具防腐喷涂对无人化、智能化装置的需求,设计了一种能够装载在无人机上的防腐喷涂装置。该装置主要由喷头、喷杆、流量计、压力计、微型泵、电池以及涂料箱构成。首先,构建装置内压力计算模型,对喷涂装置内管道及喷嘴的压力进行计算分析,计算出入口的压力和流速。其次,借助有限元仿真软件,对喷嘴内部流场及出流进行了仿真分析,得到喷嘴内部流场的具体压力与速度分布。最后,提出在无人机上喷涂装置的控制方案与流程,并开展防腐喷涂试验,验证了装置的防腐喷涂效果。该设计为电力金具智能化防腐喷涂提供了有效途径。Aiming at the demand for unmanned and intelligent devices for anti-corrosion spraying of power fittings on overhead transmission lines,an anti-corrosion spraying device that can be mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle is designed.The device mainly consists of nozzles,spray rods,flow meters,manometers,micro pumps,batteries and paint tanks.Firstly,the pressure calculation model inside the device is constructed to calculate and analyze the pressure of the pipeline and nozzle inside the spraying device,and the pressure and flow rate at the entrance are calculated.Secondly,the internal flow field and outflow of the nozzle are simulated and analyzed with the help of the finite element simulation software,and the specific pressure and velocity distribution of the internal flow field of the nozzle is obtained.Finally,the control scheme and process of spraying device on the unmanned aerial vehicle are proposed,and anti-corrosion spraying test is carried out to verify the anti-corrosion spraying effect of the device.The design provides an effective way for intelligent anti-corrosion spraying of power fittings.
