摘  要:在国家能源变革、构建新型区域能源互联网的背景下,为了满足不同种类用户对于能源托管的需求,提出了一套多元用户主体的能源托管系统(MUEHS)方案,并进行了实际应用。基于配网数字化理念,采用大数据、云平台、物联网、移动互联等先进技术,针对不同类型用户设计不同应对策略。系统主要具备能源监测、诊断、运维、优化等功能,以提升用户区域内供电、配电、用电的安全可靠性和能效利用水平。形成面向多元用户主体的能源监测及托管服务,并以实际现场应用阐明该方案能满足不同种类用户的能源监测及托管业务需求。该方案能够满足不同用户主体对能源高效利用和托管服务的业务需求,因而对配网综合能源管理具有重要意义。In the context of the national energy change and the construction of a new regional energy Internet,to meet the needs of different kinds of users for energy hosting,a set of multi user energy hosting system(MUEHS)programme is proposed and practically applied.Based on the concept of distribution network digitalization,it adopts advanced technologies such as big data,cloud platform,Internet of Things,mobile Internet,etc.,and designs different response strategies for different kinds of users.The system mainly includes energy monitoring,diagnosis,operation and maintenance,optimization and other functions to improve the safety and reliability of power supply,distribution and consumption and the level of energy efficiency utilization in the user area.It forms an energy monitoring and hosting service for multi user and illustrates that the program can meet the energy monitoring and hosting business needs of different types of users with actual field applications.The programme can meet the business needs of different user for efficient energy utilization and hosting services,so it is of great significance to the comprehensive energy management of distribution network.
