高职机电专业课程实践教学改革与创新——以“机电产品辅助设计”课程为例

摘  要:随着江苏省企业智能转型和数字化改革的不断推进,企业对机电产品软件设计人员的需求递增,并且近年来呈现较大缺口。为了满足社会的实际需求,培养掌握Solidworks软件应用技能人才成为高职院校机电专业的重要任务之一。本文聚焦无锡科技职业学院“机电产品辅助设计”课程实践教学改革,以设计实践能力的培养为核心,开发教学项目,设计学习任务,让学生深入体验机电产品设计开发全过程,有效地掌握CAD应用技能,满足助理工程师、机械设备工程师等职业岗位能力要求,同时为3D打印、数字孪生技术奠定良好的学习基础。本文通过高职课程教学改革与创新,助力地方产业发展迈向更高水平。With the continuous promotion of intelligent transformation and digital reform of enterprises in Jiangsu Province,the demand for software designers for mechanical and electrical products is increasing,and there has been a significant gap in recent years.In order to meet the practical needs of society,cultivating talents who master Solidworks software application skills has become one of the important tasks of mechanical and electrical majors in vocational colleges.This article focuses on the practical teaching reform of the course"Assisted Design of Mechanical and Electrical Products"at Wuxi Vocational College of Science and Technology.With the cultivation of design practical ability as the core,teaching projects and design learning tasks are developed to enable students to deeply experience the entire process of mechanical and electrical product design and development,effectively master CAD application skills,meet the requirements of professional positions such as assistant engineers and mechanical equipment engineers,and lay a good learning foundation for 3D printing and digital twin technology.Through the reform and innovation of vocational education curriculum teaching,we aim to help local industries develop to a higher level.
