摘　　要：新质生产力是新发展理念的先进生产力质态,特点是技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级,以劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象及其优化组合的跃升为基本内涵。科技创新是新质生产力形成与发展的基础要素,高校大型仪器设备更是开展科技创新的核心要素,也是衡量高校办学实力的重要标志。本文从加快形成新质生产力的视角探讨如何对高校大型仪器设备进行创新性配置,对管理机制、制度环境、人才队伍、数智建设等要素进行创造性改革,从而大幅提高全要素的生产效率,加快形成并发展中医药院校特色的新质生产力。New productive forces are the advanced productive forces of the new development concept,characterized by revolutionary breakthroughs in technology,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading.The basic connotation is the leap of workers,labor materials,labor objects,and their optimized combinations.Technological innovation is the fundamental element for the formation and development of new productive forces,and large-scale instruments and equipment in universities are the core element for carrying out technological innovation,as well as an important indicator for measuring the strength of universities.This article explores from the perspective of accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces how to innovate the configuration of large-scale instruments and equipment in universities,and creatively reform management mechanisms,institutional environment,talent team and digital intelligence,in order to significantly improve the production efficiency of all factors and accelerate the formation and development of new quality productive forces with distinctive characteristics in universities.
