摘　　要：教学实验室安全是高校人才培养的重要保障,也是高校实验室安全管理体系建设的重要组成。双重预防机制为高校建立科学有效的实验室安全管理体系提供新的思路。基于双重预防机制建设重点,同时结合教学实验室安全管理难点,构建了适合专业教学实验室特色的风险防范化解机制,包括对教学实验室全面科学的风险评估、构建并公告实验室安全风险空间分布图,精准落实有针对性的风险管控措施等,对于促进教学实验室规范化、精细化安全管理具有重要意义。The safety of teaching laboratories is an important guarantee for talent cultivation in universities,and also an important component of the construction of laboratory safety management systems in universities.The dual prevention mechanism provides new ideas for universities to establish a scientific and effective laboratory safety management system.Based on the key points of dual prevention mechanism construction and combined with the difficulties of safety management in teaching laboratories,a risk prevention and resolution mechanism suitable for the characteristics of professional teaching laboratories is constructed.This includes a comprehensive and scientific risk assessment of teaching laboratories,the construction and announcement of laboratory safety risk spatial distribution maps,and the precise implementation of targeted risk control measures.It is of great significance to promote the standardization and refinement of safety management in teaching laboratories.
