基于数据挖掘技术探析按摩灸主治病症及应用规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘技术探析按摩灸主治病症、腧穴应用规律及灸疗处方用药规律,为临床应用和科研提供借鉴和思路。方法:检索自建库至2023年12月31日收录于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WANFANG)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中按摩灸的相关文献,进行筛选、数据清洗、数据标准化处理,建立标准化数据库,利用EndNote 9.2、Excel 2021、SPSS Statistics 27、Origin 2022、古今医案云平台V2.3.5,对按摩灸主治病症、配伍腧穴及归经和按摩灸灸疗处方中药物及功效、药性、药味、归经,进行频次统计、关联分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析。结果:纳入符合标准的文献140篇,涉及内、外、五官、皮肤、妇科25种疾病,优势病症包括项痹、眩晕、腰痛、痹症、肢痹;配伍腧穴95个,总频次479次,高频配伍腧穴分别为百会、阿是穴、大椎;涉及中药106味,总频次665次,高频用药包括艾叶、红花、葛根、丝瓜络、桃仁、姜黄、地龙、细辛、没药、独活、乳香、桂枝等。关联规则分析得到常用药对18个,其中支持度最高的药对为红花-艾叶。聚类分析得到5个聚类:(1)艾叶;(2)乳香、没药;(3)桂枝、细辛、独活;(4)桃仁、地龙;(5)红花、姜黄、葛根、丝瓜络。中药核心复杂网络筛选得到核心灸疗处方为艾叶、红花、姜黄、葛根、桃仁、丝瓜络、地龙、乳香、桂枝、没药、独活、细辛。结论:按摩灸多用于内科和外科疾病,眩晕和项痹为其优势病种。按摩灸兼具温通经络、舒筋活血之功,常选用百会、阿是穴、大椎等疏通经络、行气活血的腧穴,灸疗处方常选用温经散寒、活血通络中药。Objective:To explore the indications,acupoint application rules and prescription rules of massagemoxibustion based on data mining technology,and to provide reference and ideas for clinical application and scientific research.Methods:We searched the literature related to massage-moxibustion included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WANFANG),China Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed),and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)since the establishment of the system until December 31,2023.We performed screening,data cleaning and data standardization,and established a standardized database.EndNote9.2,Excel 2021,SPSS Statistics27,Origin 2022,and ancient and modern medical record cloud platform V2.3.5 were used to analyze the indications,compatibility with acupoints and channel tropism of massage-moxibustion,as well as the drugs,efficacy,properties,flavor and channel tropism of massage-moxibustion prescriptions.Frequency statistics,association analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were performed.Results:140 articles met the criteria were included,involving 25 kinds of internal,external,five senses,skin and gynecological diseases.The dominant diseases included cervical arthralgia,vertigo,lumbago,arthralgia and limb arthralgia.95 acupoints were compatible,with a total frequency of 479 times.The high-frequency compatible acupoints were Baihui,Ashi and Dazhui,respectively.106 Chinese herbs were involved,with a total frequency of 665 times.The high-frequency medicines included Aiye,Honghua,Gegen,Sigualuo,Taoren,Jianghuang,Dilong,Xixin,Moyao,Duhuo,Ruxiang,Guizhi,etc.By association rule analysis,18 common drug pairs were obtained,and the drug pair with the highest support was Honghua and Aiye.5 clusters were obtained by cluster analysis:(1)Aiye;(2)Ruxiang and Moyao;(3)Guizhi,Xixin and Duhuo;(4)Taoren and Dilong;(5)Honghua,Jianghuang,Gegen and Sigualuo.The core moxibustion therapy prescription was obtained by screening the core complex netwo
