基于文献计量法对透刺法随机对照试验研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:基于文献计量学方法对近20年透刺法临床随机对照试验(RCT)研究文献进行可视化分析,绘制可视化图谱,了解透刺法的研究现状、热点、优势病种以及在新兴领域的研究趋势。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WANFANG)数据库、维普(VIP)数据库检索透刺法RCT研究的文献,检索时间范围为2004—2024年,使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果:透刺法RCT研究文献发文量机构排名前3位分别为黑龙江中医药大学、安徽省针灸医院、上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院;东贵荣、鲍春龄等为高产作者;透刺法治疗排名前5位的穴组为阳白-鱼腰、督脉组穴、颊车-地仓、阴陵泉-阳陵泉、内膝眼-外膝眼;关键词共现图谱显示针灸、中风、面瘫、头针等关键词出现频次最高;关键词时间线图谱显示中风、面瘫仍然是透针研究的优势病种,且近年来多与温针灸、电针、穴位注射、影像学技术等方法联合应用;聚类分析得到中风、透刺、针刺疗法、周围性面瘫、头穴透刺、肩周炎、电针、单纯性肥胖、偏头痛9个聚类;关键词突现图谱体现吞咽训练、生活质量、康复运动等关键词目前研究热度高涨并且可能持续进行研究。结论:透刺法临床RCT研究文献发文数量与质量不断提高,主要研究对象为神经系统疾病,与影像学结合、提高生活质量等是未来的研究热点与发展趋势。但各个团队之间的合作亟需加强,应开展更多大样本、多中心的临床研究,以推动该领域进一步发展。Objective:To visually analyze the literature of clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)of penetration needling in the past 20 years based on bibliometric method and draw a visualization map.To understand the research status,hotspots,dominant diseases and research trends of penetration needling in emerging fields.Methods:The literature of RCT of penetration needling was searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database(WANFANG)and VIP database from 2004 to 2024.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for visualized analysis.Results:The top 3 institutions in terms of the number of publications of RCT research literature on penetration needling were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Anhui Acupuncture Hospital and Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Dong Guirong and Bao Chunling were the highly productive authors.The top 5 acupoints groups of penetration needling therapy were Yangbai-Yuyao,acupoints groups of governor vessel,Jiache-Decang,Yinlingquan-Yanglingquan,and Neixiyan-Waixiyan.The keyword cooccurrence map showed that acupuncture,stroke,facial paralysis,and scalp acupuncture had the highest frequency of keywords.The keyword time line map showed that stroke and facial paralysis were still the dominant diseases in the research of penetration needling,and in recent years,penetration needling was mostly combined with needle warming moxibustion,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection,imaging technology and other methods.9 clusters of stroke,penetration needling,acupuncture therapy,peripheral facial paralysis,penetration needling at scalp points,scapulohumeral periarthritis,electroacupuncture,simple obesity and migraine were obtained by cluster analysis.The keyword emergence map reflected that swallowing training,quality of life,rehabilitation exercise and other keywords were currently highly popular and may continue to be studied.Conclusion:The number and quality of the literature publi
