摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法(HPLC-UV)测定16批巴戟天样品中7种化合物的含量,利用灰色关联度法、隶属函数法和化学模式识别法评价巴戟天的质量,进行质量差异分析。方法:采用HPLC-UV分别测定16批巴戟天样品中4种环烯醚萜苷类和3种蒽醌类成分的含量,通过灰色关联度法和隶属函数法综合评价巴戟天的质量,并结合化学模式识别法对其进行质量差异分析。结果:水晶兰苷、去乙酰基车叶草苷酸、车叶草苷酸、车叶草苷、2-羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌、甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚和甲基异茜草素的线性范围分别为0.2775~2.7750μg,0.1050~1.0500μg,0.0060~0.0600μg,0.0017~0.0170μg,0.0048~0.0960μg,0.0096~0.1920μg和0.0100~0.2000μg,线性关系良好;以上7种成分在16批巴戟天样品中的含量分别为4.363~22.213 mg/g,2.479~7.527 mg/g,0.068~0.276 mg/g,17.690~161.757μg/g,0.966~108.064μg/g,1.316~135.488μg/g和1.639~29.044μg/g;16批巴戟天样品的等权相对关联度范围为0.28~0.60,加权相对关联度范围为0.15~0.71,隶属值总平均值范围为0.07~0.68,表明不同批次巴戟天样品之间的质量存在一定的差异;聚类分析将16批巴戟天样品聚为2类,样品S1独自聚为一类,其余样品聚为一类;主成分分析提取3个主成分,累计方差贡献率为96.9%;正交偏最小二乘判别分析筛选出甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚、甲基异茜草素、2-羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌是巴戟天质量差异的主要化学标记物。结论:不同生长年限、不同生长地区的巴戟天样品中环烯醚萜苷类和蒽醌类成分存在一定的差异,这可能与其生长环境、生长年限及种质资源有关。Objective:To determine the contents of 7 compounds in 16 batches of Bajitian samples by highperformance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection(HPLC-UV),evaluate the quality of Bajitian by grey correlation degree analysis,membership function method and chemical pattern recognition method,and perform quality difference analysis.Methods:The contents of 4 iridoid glycosides and 3 anthraquinones in 16 batches of Bajitian samples were determined by HPLC-UV.The quality of Bajitian was comprehensively evaluated by grey correlation degree analysis and membership function method,and its quality difference was analyzed by chemical pattern recognition method.Results:The linear ranges of monotropein,deacetyl heliosylic acid,chlorogenic acid,asperuloside,2-hydroxy-1-methoxy anthraquinone,rubiadin-1-methyl ether and rubiadin were 0.2775~2.7750μg,0.1050~1.0500μg,0.0060~0.0600μg,0.0017~0.0170μg,0.0048~0.0960μg,0.0096~0.1920μg and 0.0100~0.2000μg,respectively.The linear relationship was good.The contents of the above 7 components in 16 batches of Bajitian samples were 4.363~22.213 mg/g,2.479~7.527 mg/g,0.068~0.276 mg/g,17.690~161.757μg/g,0.966~108.064μg/g,1.316~135.488μg/g,and 1.639~29.044μg/g,respectively.The equal-weight relative correlation degree of 16 batches of Bajitian samples ranged from 0.28 to 0.60.The weighted relative correlation ranged from 0.15 to 0.71.The total average membership values ranged from 0.07 to 0.68.These results indicated that there were some quality differences among different batches of Bajitian samples.The 16 batches of Bajitian samples were clustered into two classes by cluster analysis.S1 alone was clustered into one class,and the other samples were clustered into one class.Three principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 96.9%.And rubiadin-1-methyl ether,rubiadin,and 2-hydroxy-1-methoxy anthraquinone were screened as main chemical markers for the quality difference of Bajitian by Orthogonal Partial Least-Squ
