调理冲任论治卵巢性不孕

摘　　要：肾气为本,天癸为使,冲任为枢机,共同构成“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”生殖轴,与现代医学“下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴”不谋而合。中医学理论认为,冲任是“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”轴的枢机,是女子不孕的关键。在导致卵巢性不孕的复杂激素网络中,褪黑素具有显著的抗氧化及抗衰老作用,能延缓卵巢衰老性不孕的发生,越来越受到重视。冲任作为气血之海,调节周身气血,影响卵巢供血。当代女性精神压力大,容易出现情志不舒,气机不畅,气滞则血瘀;冲任气血不畅,则胞宫失养,不能受孕。故从冲任论治卵巢功能性不孕当以行气活血为要,行气活血调冲任可以改善卵巢血流动力学指数,促进卵泡成熟及排卵,升高褪黑素分泌水平,发挥抗氧化和抗炎作用,延缓卵巢衰老,改善卵巢功能,提高受孕率。Kidney-Qi is the root.Tiangui is the minister.Chong and conception vessels are the pivot.They constitute“kidney-Tiangui-chong and conception vessels-uterus”reproductive axis,which coincides with the modern medical“hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis”.TCM believes that chong and conception vessels is the pivot of“kidney-Tianguichong and conception vessels-uterus”axis,and is the key to female infertility.In the complex hormone network leading to ovarian infertility,melatonin has significant antioxidant and anti-aging effects,and can delay the occurrence of ovarian aging infertility,which has been paid more and more attention.As the sea of Qi and blood,chong and conception vessels regulate Qi and blood throughout the body and affect ovarian blood supply.Contemporary women are under great mental pressure and prone to emotional depression.Qi activity is not smooth.Qi stagnation leads to blood stasis.Unsmooth Qi and blood of chong and conception vessels will bring the uterus without nourishment,leading to the infertility.Therefore,the treatment of ovarian functional infertility from chong and conception vessels should be based on promoting flow of Qi and blood circulation.Promoting flow of Qi and blood circulation to regulate chong and conception vessels can improve ovarian hemodynamic index,promote follicle maturation and ovulation,increase melatonin secretion,play antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects,delay ovarian aging,improve ovarian function,and increase pregnancy rate.
