非药物疗法治疗湿疹方法及作用分析

摘　　要：湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的一种具有明显渗出倾向的炎症性皮肤病,是皮肤科的常见疾病。中医学理论认为湿疹的发病是由心、脾等脏腑功能失调与风、湿、热等邪气侵袭相互作用于人体所致。通过对近年来非药物疗法治疗湿疹的相关文献进行研究总结,提示采用针刺(毫针、火针)、艾灸、自血疗法、刺络放血、穴位埋线、梅花针等方法治疗湿疹可以有效改善患者瘙痒以及皮肤肥厚、粗糙等症状,并对其相关治疗方法的作用机制进行深入探讨。非药物疗法疗效明显,作用迅速,远期疗效显著,且副作用小,安全度高。Eczema is an inflammatory skin disease with obvious exudative tendency caused by a variety of internal and external factors,and is a common disease in dermatology.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the onset of eczema is caused by the dysfunction of the heart,spleen and other viscera,and the invasion of pathogenic factors such as wind,dampness,and heat into the human body.This paper summarizes the literature related to non-herb therapy for eczema in recent years,which suggests that acupuncture(filiform needle and fire needling),moxibustion,autohemotherapy,blood letting,acupoint embedding,plum blossom needle and other methods can effectively improve the symptoms of pruritus,and skin thickening and rough in patients.In addition,the mechanism of action of related treatment methods is discussed in depth.Nonherb therapy has the characteristics of significant therapeutic effect,rapid action,significant long-term efficacy,minimal side effects,and high safety.
