摘 要:该文分析了《全面加强和改进新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划(2023—2025年)》设定的目标和战略,特别强调心理健康教育融入全面教育体系的重要性,并探讨了“五育融合”背景下如何助力学生心理素质的提升。研究指出,心理健康教育不应孤立进行,而应与德、智、体、美、劳教育有机结合,形成支持学生全面发展的教育模式。此外,还讨论了乡村中小学在开展心理健康教育过程中遇到的主要困难,如专业师资短缺、资源配置不足、社会文化观念滞后等,并提出对策,包括建立多方合作机制、利用信息技术优化资源分配等,旨在为乡村地区的学生提供全面且有效的心理健康支持,以促进其健康成长和学业进步。This paper analyzes the objectives and strategies set by the Comprehensive Strengthening and Improve-ment of Mental Health Work for New Era Students(2023—2025),emphasizing the importance of integrating men-tal health education within the comprehensive education system.It explores how the integration of the five educa-tions(moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education)can enhance students’psychological qualities.The study indicates that mental health education should not be conducted in isolation but should be organically in-tegrated with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education to support the holistic development of students.Additionally,the paper discusses the main challenges faced by rural primary and secondary schools in the implementation process,such as shortages of professional teachers,insufficient resource allocation,and the limitations of social and cultural perceptions.It proposes corresponding measures,including establishing multi-party cooperation mechanisms and using information technology to optimize resource distribution.These strate-gies aim to provide comprehensive and effective mental health support for students in rural areas,promoting their healthy growth and academic achievements.
