AIGC背景下信息网络过失犯罪情报发现及自动化提示问题研究

摘　　要：[研究目的]AIGC背景下的信息网络过失犯罪活动层出不穷,有必要对这一专门现象进行情报发现及自动化提示问题研究,从而为AIGC平稳发展、信息网络正确利用和犯罪预防问题解决提供参照。[研究方法]在梳理前人研究成果基础上确定研究方法设计目标和基本思路,开展面向过失犯罪活动的情报发现和面向涉罪用户的自动化提示流程设计,同时将其整合为一个完整的方法运行机制。[研究结果/结论]以抖音“游戏账号找回制裁”现象作为案例进行方法应用实证,结果表明能够对AIGC背景特征、过失犯罪活动特点、类型、异常行为、重点用户及自动化提示进行结果概括,方法性能良好、符合既定预期目标。[Research purpose]In the context of AIGC,negligent criminal activities in the information network are constantly emerging.It is necessary to conduct research on intelligence discovery and automated prompts for this specialized phenomenon,so as to contribute to the stable development of AIGC,the correct utilization of information networks,and the resolution of crime prevention issues.[Research method]Based on the review of previous research results,determine the research method design goals and basic ideas,carry out intelligence discovery for negligent criminal activities,and design automated prompt processes for users involved in crimes.At the same time,integrate them into a complete method operation mechanism.[Research result/conclusion]The method is applied to the case of Tiktok"game account recovery sanctions".The results show that the method can summarize the results of AIGC background characteristics,characteristics of negligent criminal activities,types,abnormal behaviors,key users and automated prompts.Our method has good performance and meets the established expectations.
