场域安全范式下网络空间安全的基本面向

摘　　要：[研究目的]为应对科技快速变革所带来的网络空间安全挑战,需基于场域安全的研究范式对网络空间安全进行系统性研究,通过安全理论的实际应用,剖析网络空间安全治理维度的基本面向。[研究方法]以文献研究、案例研究为主要方法,通过场域安全范式的“情境-意识-行动”框架以及对应的行为体维度,分析网络空间安全的复杂性、动态性和多维度特性。[研究结果/结论]研究发现,网络空间安全是一种典型的场域安全,即网络空间安全可通过场域安全范式的三维框架检视其场域安全关注的基本内容,在实现行为体间优态共存的基础上,维护与塑造网络空间安全的可持续性秩序。[Research purpose]In order to cope with the challenges of cyberspace security brought about by the rapid change of science and technology,it is necessary to conduct systematic research on cyberspace security based on the research paradigm of field security,and analyze the fundamental aspects of the governance dimension of cyberspace security through the practical application of security theory.[Research method]With literature research and case studies as the main methods,the research analyzes the complexity,dynamics and multi-dimensional characteristics of cyberspace security through the"situation-consciousness-action"framework of the field security paradigm and the corresponding actor dimension.[Research result/conclusion]The research finds that cyberspace security is a typical field security,that is,the fundamental contents of the field security concern can be examined through the three-dimensional framework of the field security paradigm,and the sustainable order of cyberspace security can be maintained and shaped on the basis of achieving optimal coexistence among actors.
