摘　　要：[研究目的]分析创新生态系统主体间的技术博弈情形,探讨不同专利保护强度和变化周期对主体间技术博弈的影响机制,进而研究合理的专利保护机制和补贴政策,为引导创新生态系统的优化发展提供依据。[研究方法]以创新生态系统中的领先企业和跟随企业为研究对象,构建非对称演化博弈模型,系统涌现出四类均衡状态。随后构建多主体仿真模型,研究专利保护强度变化和不同变化周期对演化稳定策略的影响。[研究结果/结论]研究发现:当专利保护强度较低时,跟随企业倾向于采取模仿领先企业的研发策略,政府可以通过与补贴政策的互动来专注专利质量的提升;当企业技术策略转换稳定后,专利保护强度的提升会导致企业群体短暂偏离最优演化策略和收益下挫,政府应当通过人性化措施来实现政策调整的“软着陆”;采取{专利保护,模仿学习}策略组合的企业群体总收益最大,政府要加强领先企业的专利保护意识,鼓励跟随企业进行自主创新。[Research purpose]Analyzing the technological game situation among the entities in the innovation ecosystem,exploring the impact mechanism of different patent protection intensities and change cycles on the technological game between entities,and further studying reasonable patent protection mechanisms and subsidy policies can provide a basis for guiding the optimization and development of the innovation ecosystem.[Research method]Taking the leading and following enterprises in the innovation ecosystem as the research objects,an asymmetric evolutionary game model is constructed,and four types of equilibrium states emerge in the system.Subsequently,a multi-agent simulation model was constructed to study the impact of changes in patent protection intensity and different change periods on the evolution of stable strategies.[Research result/conclusion]The findings indicate that when patent protection is weak,follower firms tend to adopt the research and development strategies of leading firms,with the government being able to emphasize the enhancement of patent quality through interactions with subsidy policies.Upon the stabilization of corporate technological strategies,increased patent protection strength can cause a temporary deviation from the optimal evolutionary strategy and a downturn in benefits for the corporate group,necessitating the government's implementation of humane measures for a"soft landing"in policy adjustments.The corporate group adopting a strategy combination of{patent protection,imitation learning}achieves the maximum overall profit,suggesting that the government should strengthen leading firms'awareness of patent protection and encourage follower firms to engage in independent innovation.
