摘  要:冷链蓄冷箱是冷链运输领域的先进设备,可在没有外部电源的情况下保持箱内温度稳定,实现无源制冷,其通过高效、节能、环保的方式,解决了传统冷链运输中的一些难题,提高了物流效率和货物品质。冷链蓄冷箱通常由箱体保温材料和相变材料蓄冷剂结合而成,通过相变材料来储存和释放冷量以维持箱内温度的稳定。由于在冷链运输中影响蓄冷箱性能的因素众多,通过蓄冷实验和有限元模型仿真两种方式对蓄冷箱保温性能进行研究和分析。验证仿真分析可预测相变材料蓄冷剂在蓄冷箱中的蓄放热过程,也为后续冷链蓄冷箱的设计和使用提供有价值的借鉴和参考。Cold chain cold storage boxes are advanced equipment in the field of cold chain transportation.They can keep the temperature inside the boxes stable without external power supply and achieve passive refrigeration.They solve the traditional cold chain transportation through efficient,energy saving and environmentally friendly methods.Some problems have improved logistics efficiency and cargo quality.Cold chain cold storage boxes are usually made up of a box insulation material and a phase change material cold storage agent.The phase change material is used to store and release cold to maintain the stability of the temperature inside the box.Due to the many factors affecting the performance of cold storage boxes in cold chain transportation,the thermal insulation performance of cold storage boxes was studied and analyzed through cold storage experiments and finite element model simulation.It is verified that the simulation analysis can predict the heat storage and release process of the phase change material coolant in the cold storage box,and also provides valuable reference and reference for the design and use of subsequent cold chain cold storage boxes.
