摘　　要：在我国城镇化进程加快、城市建筑业日益崛起的大环境下,建筑节能与绿色建筑得到了重大发展,建筑节能工作跨入了一个崭新阶段。通过对目前绿色办公建筑能耗分析与节能策略进行研究,对夏热冬暖地区——上海市的绿色办公建筑能耗监测平台数据进行分析和开掘,在明确目前上海市既有办公建筑能耗现状水平的基础上,选择上海市某绿色办公建筑进行研究,探讨了绿色建筑的能耗特点,并对其主要影响因素进行了分析,进而找出合适的节能方式,优化节能策略方案。In the context of accelerating urbanization in my country and the rising urban construction industry,building energy saving and green buildings have made significant development,and building energy saving work has entered a new stage.By studying the current energy consumption analysis and energy saving strategies of green office buildings,analyzing and digging the data from the energy consumption monitoring platform of green office buildings in Shanghai City,a hot summer and warm winter area.On the basis of clarifying the current energy consumption level of existing office buildings in Shanghai City,a green office building in Shanghai City was selected for research,and the energy consumption characteristics of green buildings were discussed,and their main influencing factors were analyzed to find suitable energy saving methods.Optimize energy saving strategies and plans.
