摘 要:深入探讨了热电联产系统中背压汽轮机在低负荷运行条件下的安全和稳定性问题。热电联产作为一种高效的能量转换方式,已广泛应用于电力和热能的集成生产。背压汽轮机在这一系统中起到关键作用,但在低负荷运行下,面临着诸如排汽温度超标、设备磨损加速和运营成本增加等多重挑战。为解决这些问题,提出了降低背压、优化温压控制及加强设备维护和人员培训的多措施保障策略,有助于提高背压汽轮机的运行安全性和稳定性,为提升整个热电联产系统的运行效率提供指导。The safety and stability issues of back pressure steam turbines in cogeneration systems under low-load operating conditions are discussed in depth.As an efficient energy conversion method,cogeneration has been widely used in the integrated production of electricity and heat energy.Backpressure turbines play a key role in this system,but under low-load operation,they face multiple challenges such as excessive exhaust steam temperatures,accelerated equipment wear and increased operating costs.In order to solve these problems,multi-measure guarantee strategies are proposed to reduce back pressure,optimize temperature and pressure control,and strengthen equipment maintenance and personnel training.These strategies will help improve the operational safety and stability of back-pressure turbines and enhance the overall efficiency of the cogeneration system.
