摘  要:为了识别蒸汽管网泄漏位置以及疏水阀异常运行状态,通过监控管道压力,判断异常压力波动,识别管道泄漏状态,监测疏水阀出口温度,判断疏水阀疏水频次,识别疏水阀运行状态。通过物联网将监测数据实时传输至监控平台,采用信息化手段,结合GIS展示,全面掌握管道运行压力、疏水阀疏水频次、疏水温度,保障热力系统安全运行。通过构建安全预警平台,提高应急指挥及快速处置能力,提供科学、先进的城市级热力分析模型,全面评估城市热力管网安全。In order to identify the leak location of the steam pipe network and the abnormal operating status of the trap,by monitoring the pipeline pressure,judging abnormal pressure fluctuations,identifying the pipeline leakage status,monitoring the outlet temperature of the trap valve,judging the drain frequency of the trap valve,and identifying the operating status of the trap valve.Monitoring data is transmitted to the monitoring platform in real time through the Internet of Things.Informatization means and GIS display are used to comprehensively grasp the pipeline operating pressure,trap drain frequency,and drain temperature to ensure the safe operation of the thermal system.Furthermore,by establishing a safety early warning platform,emergency command and rapid response capabilities are enhanced.This platform provides a scientific and advanced city-level thermal analysis model,enabling a comprehensive assessment of the safety of urban heat pipe networks.
