成都某养老社区暖通空调系统设计分析

摘　　要：以成都某养老社区的暖通空调设计为例,从初投资、系统寿命、运行维护、管理计量等方面进行了采暖热源比选。就冷热源、典型房间室内设计参数、空调形式及气流组织方式对项目进行了说明,以期为同类型项目提供设计参考。Taking the HVAC design of a elderly care community in Chengdu as an example,the heating heat source comparison and selection were carried out from aspects such as initial investment,system life,operation and maintenance,and management measurement.The project is explained in terms of cold and heat sources,typical room interior design parameters,air conditioning forms and air flow organization methods,in order to provide design reference for similar projects.
