摘  要:居住建筑能源消耗大,推进其节能改造设计刻不容缓。利用能耗模拟软件Design Builder研究包头市某小区建筑围护结构改造对能耗的影响,并提出相应的改造建议。根据外墙、屋面、外窗三个改造措施进行模拟研究,并运用正交试验法确定最优组合方案,结果表明,改造居住建筑围护结构是实现建筑节能的有效途径,最优方案年综合能耗65.54 k Wh/m^(2),节能率达到48%,节能效果显著。Residential buildings consume a lot of energy,and it is urgent to promote their energy saving renovation design.The energy consumption simulation software Design Builder was used to study the impact of building envelope renovation on energy consumption in a community in Baotou City,and corresponding renovation suggestions were put forward.A simulation study was carried out based on the three renovation measures of exterior walls,roofs and exterior windows,and the orthogonal test method was used to determine the optimal combination plan.The results show that renovating the residential building envelope structure is an effective way to achieve building energy efficiency.The optimal plan results in a comprehensive annual energy consumption of 65.54 kWh/m^(2),with an energy savingrate of 48%,demonstrating significant energy saving effects.
