摘  要:目的综述中药复方在治疗缺血性脑卒中的相关研究,为开展更多中药复方治疗缺血性脑卒中临床与实验研究提供参考。方法通过检索从建库至2024年10月20日中国知网、PubMed数据库,对治疗缺血性脑卒中的相关中药复方进行归纳和分析。结果临床表明补阳还五汤、星蒌承气汤、桃红四物汤等中药复方在临床上治疗缺血性脑卒中有较好疗效。结论中药复方在治疗缺血性脑卒中方面具有一定的优势,但研究相对薄弱、临床研究和大规模试验方面存在不足,缺乏多样本、高质量的临床试验,需加大研究力度。Objective To examine findings related to the applications of TCM compound formulae in the management of ischemic stroke,and to offer data for subsequent clinical and experimental investigations.Methods By searching China Knowledge Network and PubMed for articles published from the inception to October 20,2024,TCM compound formulae were summarized and evaluated.Results Clinical investigations indicated that TCM compound formulae,including Buyang Huanwu Tang,Xinglou Chengqi Tang,and Taohong Siwu Tang,exhibited substantial therapeutic efficacy in patients with ischemic stroke.Conclusion TCM compound formulae possess considerable benefits in the management of ischemic stroke.However,investigations are comparatively limited,and there is a lack of clinical studies and large-scale trials.Multi-sample and high-quality clinical studies are lacking.
