摘　　要：本文立足复杂性科学,对新质生产力与传统生产力的关系及其演化规律进行了系统的理论探讨。首先提出新旧动能转换面临的机遇和挑战,强调准确认识新旧生产力转换规律对推动经济高质量发展的重要意义。进而对新质生产力和传统生产力的内涵特征进行了辨析,揭示了二者之间的传承与递进关系,并从复杂性视角阐释了其演变过程的非线性、涌现性等特征。再次,深入剖析了新质生产力对传统生产力的替代效应和迭代效应,描摹二者在动态演化中呈现出的交织并存、螺旋上升的复杂图景。此外,阐述新旧生产力转换过程中呈现出的非线性、涌现性、适应性、混沌性等复杂性特征,进一步揭示了这一转换过程的内在机理和演化逻辑。研究发现,新旧生产力转换呈现出鲜明的“替代-迭代”复杂性特征,新质生产力发展将引领生产函数发生革命性重构。研究对新旧动能转换规律作出了较为系统和创新的理论阐释,为深入理解新质生产力的本质内涵、加快构建现代化经济体系提供了理论参考。This paper provides a systematic theoretical discussion on the relationship between new-quality productivity and traditional productivity,as well as their evolutionary patterns,grounded in the principles of complexity science.Initially,it presents the opportunities and challenges encountered in the transformation of old and new drivers of economic growth,emphasizing the crucial importance of accurately understanding the laws of this transformation to promote high-quality economic development.The paper further analyzes the intrinsic characteristics of both new-quality and traditional productivity,revealing their legacy and progressive relationship,and explains the nonlinear and emergent features of their evolutionary process from a complexity perspective.Subsequently,it delves into the substitution and iteration effects of new-quality productivity on traditional productivity,illustrating the complex dynamics of coexistence and spiral progression between the two in the process of dynamic evolution.Moreover,the paper discusses the complexity features exhibited during the transformation of old and new productivity,including nonlinearity,emergence,adaptability,and chaos,further unveiling the internal mechanisms and evolutionary logic of this process.The study finds that the transformation between old and new productivity exhibits distinct"substitution-iteration"complexity characteristics,with the development of new-quality productivity leading to a revolutionary reconstruction of the production function.The research provides a systematic and innovative theoretical explanation of the laws of the transformation of old and new drivers of economic growth,providing theoretical insights for a deeper understanding of the essence of new-quality productivity and for accelerating the construction of a modern economic system.
