血府逐瘀汤加减治疗经皮冠脉介入术后心绞痛的疗效及对患者心功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析血府逐瘀汤加减治疗经皮冠脉介入术后心绞痛的疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年12月昆明市中医医院收治的98例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将患者分为联合血府逐瘀汤组与盐酸曲美他嗪组,各49例。盐酸曲美他嗪组采用盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,联合血府逐瘀汤组采用盐酸曲美他嗪片+血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、心功能及炎症因子水平。结果 联合血府逐瘀汤组治疗总有效率为91.84%(45/49),高于盐酸曲美他嗪组的73.47%(36/49),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.555,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组每周心绞痛发作次数及持续时间均降低,且联合血府逐瘀汤组低于盐酸曲美他嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组每搏量均升高,且联合血府逐瘀汤组高于盐酸曲美他嗪组,左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径均降低,且联合血府逐瘀汤组低于盐酸曲美他嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均降低,且联合血府逐瘀汤组低于盐酸曲美他嗪组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 经皮冠脉介入术后心绞痛患者通过联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗能显著提高临床疗效,并改善心功能,降低血清炎症因子水平。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 98 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to Kunming Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group and trimetazidine hydrochloride group,with 49 cases in each group.The trimetazidine hydrochloride group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets,and the combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets+Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,frequency and duration of angina pectoris,cardiac function and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group was 91.84%(45/49),which was higher than 73.47%(36/49) in the trimetazidine hydrochloride group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.555,P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks per week and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group were lower than those in the trimetazidine hydrochloride group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the stroke volume of the two groups increased,and the combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group was higher than that of the trimetazidine hydrochloride group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter decreased,and the combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group was lower than the trimetazidine hydrochloride group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group were lowe
