清肺宁络汤联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎的疗效及对血气分析指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究清肺宁络汤联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗对支原体肺炎的治疗效果及其对患者血气分析指标的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月福建省三明市中西医结合医院收治的95例支原体肺炎患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同将患者分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47)。对照组采取阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,观察组采取清肺宁络汤联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。比较两组血气指标、中医症状积分、炎性因子水平、临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组动脉氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症状积分及白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的85.11%(40/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.673,P<0.05)。结论 采用清肺宁络汤和阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎,可以提高患者血氧参数,减轻炎症反应程度,有效缩短病症持续期,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Ningluo Decoction combined with azithromycin sequential therapy on mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on blood gas analysis indexes of patients.Methods A total of 95 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=47).The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Ningluo Decoction combined with azithromycin sequential therapy.The blood gas index,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammatory factor level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in arterial oxygen partial pressure and arterial oxygen saturation between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 85.11%(40/47) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.673,P<0.05).Conclusion The sequential therapy of Qingfei Ningluo Decoction and azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia can improve the blood oxygen parameters,reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction,effectively shorten the duration of the patient's condition and improve the therapeutic effect.
