三维超声检查在子宫发育异常分型诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 研究三维超声检查在子宫发育异常分型诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月重庆明好医院收治的疑似子宫发育异常患者100例,均进行三维超声检查。将宫腔镜检查作为金标准,分析三维超声检查结果,计算诊断效能及诊断符合率。结果 宫腔镜检查子宫正常率为29.00%(29/100),子宫异常率71.00%(71/100)。三维超声检查诊断的准确度为99.00%(99/100),阳性预测值为100.00%(70/70),阴性预测值为96.67%(29/30),灵敏度为98.59%(70/71),特异度为100.00%(29/29),kappa值为0.976。三维超声检查对弓形子宫、完全纵隔子宫、不全纵隔子宫、双角子宫的诊断符合率为100.00%(20/20)、100.00%(20/20)、96.00%(24/25)、100.00%(20/20)。结论 在子宫发育异常分型诊断中,三维超声检查的诊断效能及诊断符合率较高,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To study the application value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine dysplasia.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected uterine dysplasia admitted to Chongqing Minghao Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.All patients were examined by threedimensional ultrasonography.Hysteroscopy was used as the gold standard to analyze the results of threedimensional ultrasonography,and the diagnostic efficacy and diagnostic coincidence rate were calculated.Results The normal rate of uterus by hysteroscopy was 29.00%(29/100),and the abnormal rate of uterus was 71.00%(71/100).The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasonography was 99.00%(99/100),the sensitivity was 98.59%(70/71),the specificity was 100.00%(29/29),the positive predictive value was 100.00%(70/70),the negative predictive value was 96.67%(29/30),and the kappa value was 0.976.The diagnostic coincidence rates of three-dimensional ultrasonography for arcuate uterus,complete septate uterus,incomplete septate uterus and bicornuate uterus were 100.00%(20/20),100.00%(20/20),96.00%(24/25) and 100.00%(20/20).Conclusion In the diagnosis of abnormal uterine development,the diagnostic efficiency and diagnostic coincidence rate of three-dimensional ultrasonography are high,and it has high application value.
