摘 要:目的 分析无创呼吸机结合药物治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)患者中的应用效果和对患者肺功能的改善作用。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月泰安市中医医院接受治疗的慢阻肺稳定期患者100例,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=50,药物治疗)和观察组(n=50,药物治疗联合无创呼吸机治疗)。比较两组肺功能、血气指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值、第1秒用力呼气容积、动脉血氧分压相比于对照组更高,动脉血二氧化碳分压相比于对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率[88.00%(44/50)]相比于对照组[76.00%(38/50)]更高,不良反应发生率[8.00%(4/50)]相比于对照组[24.00%(12/50)]更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.832、4.762,P均<0.05)。结论 无创呼吸机与药物治疗相结合在治疗慢阻肺方面展现出良好的临床疗效,能够有效提升患者的肺功能状态,并优化其血气指标。Objective To analyze the application effect of non-invasive ventilation combined with drug therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the improvement of pulmonary function in patients.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,a total of 100 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.They were divided into observation group(n=50,drugs combined with non-invasive ventilatiory treatment) and control group(n=50,drugs treatment) according to different treatment methods.The pulmonary function,blood gas indexes,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood in the observation group were higher,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group [88.00%(44/50)] was higher than that in the control group [76.00%(38/50)],the incidence of adverse reactions [8.00%(4/50)] was lower than that in the control group [24.00%(12/50)],the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=6.832,4.762,both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of non-invasive ventilator and drug therapy shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients and optimize their blood gas indexes.
