摘 要:通过国内外文献检索网站,对脊柱机器人技术相关文献进行检索、分析和总结。探讨脊柱外科置钉手术发展情况及机器人技术在脊柱外科领域的应用现状。分析机器人技术在手术精准度、手术效率和术后恢复等方面的优势和不足。发现脊柱外科机器人技术能够有效提高手术精准度,降低手术时给医患带来的辐射,减少术中出血量和降低术中、术后并发症的发生率。但目前仍存在一些局限性和挑战,需在应用过程中趋利避害让机器人技术发挥其真正的价值。Through domestic and foreign literature retrieval website,the literature related to spinal robot technology was retrieved,analyzed and summarized.To explore the development of screw placement in spinal surgery and the application of robot technology in the field of spinal surgery.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of robot technology in terms of surgical accuracy,surgical efficiency,and postoperative recovery.It is found that spinal surgical robot technology can effectively improve the accuracy of surgery,reduce the radiation brought to doctors and patients during surgery,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications.However,there are still some limitations and challenges.It is necessary to draw on the advantages and avoid the disadvantages in the application process,so that the robot technology can play its real value.
