摘　　要：某原油终端处理厂因产量上升,为了解决产量上升造成外输计量系统计量能力不足的问题,通过方案设计并组织项目实施完成原外输计量系统升级优化。在优化升级完成后,严格按照国家标准对于原油贸易计量的要求,进行原油计量的标准数据处理,通过油量计算的动态计量法与静态计量法的计量比对验证了外输计量系统升级优化的准确性,完全满足原油贸易交接0.2级的要求。A certain crude oil processing plant is experiencing an increase in production,in order to solve the problem of insufficient measurement capacity caused by the increase in production,the original export measurement system upgrade was completed through scheme design and project implementation.After the upgrade is completed,strictly follow the requirements of national standards for crude oil trade measurement,and perform standard data processing for crude oil measurement,the accuracy of the upgrading and optimization of the export metering system has been verified through the comparison of dynamic and static metering methods for oil quantity calculation,fully meeting the requirement of 0.2 level for crude oil trade handover.
