摘 要:对耐电压校验仪的纹波系数测量功能的校准方法进行了研究。分析了直流耐电压测试仪的纹波系数产生机理,以及影响半波整流式高压源纹波系数的因素,指出直接使用耐电压测试仪来产生高压纹波信号的不足。基于高压放大器Trek20/20C-HS搭建了高压纹波系数校准装置,并分析了校准装置采用的输出参数。测量不确定度分析表明,在5~15kV直流电压范围内,校准装置能够产生高准确度的0.5%~10%标准纹波系数电压信号,扩展不确定度优于0.06%,解决了耐电压校验仪高压纹波系数的量值溯源难题。The calibration method for the ripple coefficient measurement function of the withstand voltage calibrator has been studied.Analyzed the mechanism of ripple coefficient generation in DC withstand voltage tester,as well as the factors affecting the ripple coefficient of half wave rectification highvoltage source,and pointed out the shortcomings of directly using withstand voltage tester to generate high-volt-age ripple signals.A high-voltage ripple coefficient calibration device was developed based on the high-voltage amplifier Trek 20/20C-HS,and the system parameter of the calibration device were analyzed.The analysis of measurement uncertainty shows that within the range of 5 kV to 15 kV DC voltage,the calibration device can generate high accuracy voltage signals with standard ripple coefficients of 0.5%to 10%,and the expanded uncertainty is better than 0.06%,solving the problem of traceability of high-voltage ripple coefficients for withstand voltage calibrators.
