摘  要:针对电能表检定流水线中存在多种执行机构,协同控制能力差、控制不及时等问题,研究提出一种新型的控制方案,该方案设计了一套智能化调度系统,包括底层设备层、PLC控制模块、调度中心、CAN通信模块、上位机和上层管理中心,能够实现流水线底层不同执行机构控制命令的下达与执行,采用基于三菱FX2N系列的PLC控制器,提高了控制能力,并构建了DE-BP神经网络算法和离散猴群算法,实现电能表流水线中不同控制节点的控制。试验表明,该研究方法使电能表流水线中不同控制节点反应能力提高,控制故障率大大降低。Aiming at the problems of multiple actuators,poor cooperative control ability,and untimely control in the electric energy meter verification pipeline,this research proposes a new type of control scheme,which designs a set of intelligent dispatching system,including the underlying equipment layer,PLC The control module,dispatch center,CAN communication module,upper computer and upper management center can realize the issuance and execution of control commands of different actuators at the bottom of the assembly line.The use of PLC controllers based on Mitsubishi FX2N series improves control capabilities and builds DE-BP neural network algorithm and discrete monkey group algorithm to realize the control of different control nodes in the electric energy meter pipeline.Experiments show that this research method improves the reaction ability of different control nodes in the electric energy meter pipeline and greatly reduces the control failure rate.
