摘  要:文章介绍了一种小力值(0.1~3 000 N)工作测力仪的检测装置及其设计方法和优化思路。装置主框架采用箱式结构体,支撑立柱采用空心形式,整体质量降至50 kg以下,便于携带、操作简便,检测范围覆盖(0.1~3 000 N)拉、压力工作测力仪,主要解决了小力值工作测力仪在检验检测中容易过载损坏、示值无法精确读取及检测效率低等技术问题。对装置整体和关键部件的力学性能进行了力学理论验证,证实了该装置的研发方案的可行性,由此提供了一套完整的计量器具检测装置的设计、优化方法。This paper introduces a detection device,design method,and optimization idea for a small detection range(0.1~3000 N)of working dynamometer.The main structrue of the device applies a box structure,and the supporting pillars are hollow,so the overall weight of device reduces to below 50 kg.It is easy and convenient to carry and operate,and the detection range(0.1~3000 N)of tension or pressure working dynamometer.It mainly solves the technical problems of small detection range working dynamometer being prone to overload damage,inaccurate reading indicating value,and low detection efficiency in inspection and testing.The mechanical properties of the entire device and critical components were analyzed and calculated using mechanics theory,confirming the feasibility of the design of the device.This article provides a complete set of design and optimization methods for detection device.
