摘  要:校准坐标测量机时,空间尺寸误差超范围是经常碰到的问题,三轴间的垂直度是空间尺寸误差的重要影响因素,重新测量和补偿垂直度是十分费时费力的。文章介绍了坐标测量机的21项系统误差和垂直度的测量及计算方法,提出根据已测得的空间对角线尺寸结果,估算坐标测量机的三轴垂直度,不需重新测量垂直度。通过这种方法补偿垂直度,可减小坐标测量机空间尺寸误差,大幅提高现场校准坐标测量机的效率。Dimensional error of space often exceed allowable limit during the calibration of coordinate measuring machines(CMM).The squareness errors among the three axes are important factors,and they are difficult to measure.This paper introduces the definition of 21 systematic errors and the measurement method of squareness error in coordinate measuring machines.The squareness errors among the three axes can be calculated with body diagonals.Using the body diagonal to compensate squareness error,the dimensional error of space is significantly reduced.The efficiency of calibrating coordinate measuring machines can be greatly improved by this method.
